Exciting News from the SYF Art Exhibition 2023!
We are thrilled to announce the excellent performance of our students in the Singapore Art Festival Art Exhibition 2023. Our students, alongside with teacher mentors, worked collaboratively on their artwork submissions and achieved remarkable results that filled us with pride and joy!
Divided into three categories - CAT A for P1-P2, CAT B for P3-P4, and CAT C for P5-P6 - our students dedicated themselves to creating exceptional pieces during the MCCA periods in Term 2. Their artistic journey was marked by dedication, passion, and creativity, resulting in the creation of stunning final artworks. We're delighted to share the following good news:
- CAT A received Certificate of Recognition and was displayed in Stamford Arts Centre.
- CAT B received Certificate of Participation and was displayed in Concord’s Artspression Lodge.
- CAT C received Certificate of Recognition and was displayed in Stamford Arts Centre and yearlong display in MOE Lobby.
Heartiest congratulations once again, to all our participating students for their outstanding achievements!

P1 and P6 Buddy Programme
A new school with new experiences can be a daunting for our Primary 1 (P1) students. To help our P1 students acclimatize to their new environment, each student was paired with a Primary 6 (P6) buddy to help with this transition. From helping them to buy food in the school canteen, to gentle reminders and advice on how to take care of themselves, to discovering different parts of the school, the P6 buddies were their ever trustful and reliable guides.
