P1 Transition Programme 2018
The P1 Transition Programme is an initiative aimed to help our P1 cohort transit seamlessly from the Pre-school to the Primary School settings. The school has developed a comprehensive transition package focusing on 5 broad areas of transition, namely teacher-student relationship, peer relationship, parental engagement, curriculum enhancement & physical safety. Through this programme, we enable the P1 students to gain confidence through their success in various school experiences, become competent learners and develop a love for learning. One of the key highlights of this programme is the P1 Grow Concordians & Transition Programme Graduation Day, where the parents bond with their children by engaging in some meaningful activities. Through this, the parents gain a greater insight into the needs of their P1 child at this stage of their development and understand how they could provide appropriate support to help their child settle into the primary school life.
